submittal requirements

One Entry Form must be completed for each project submitted. Each must have sufficient supporting material to adequately illustrate the design challenge and its successful resolution. It is recommended that plan views, including a site plan at small scale, be included (except for the Divine Detail category). Sections, though not required, are strongly encouraged, to best convey the design solution.

Projects will be presented in PowerPoint format Additional JPEG images (4) are required for use by local media of winning designs. A 20-inch square presentation board is required for public display.- Please make copies of CD's or duplicates of presentation boards for your own use, prior to submitting entries.

Please note: Any submission that does not strictly adhere to the conditions set forth herein will be rejected by the Awards Committee and will not be presented to the Jury. Entry fee will be forfeited. Download entry form PDF
